Director of Client Relations

Each client needs a “Go-To Guy” to help translate the techno language that the developers often speak in. These translations are important to ensure a project is developed exactly how the client envisions it. This is one of Jon’s many roles at Cogent Media Group. Coupled with his translation abilities he ensures that projects stay on time, within budget and are delivered only after a rigorous quality control process. Jon’s job does not end when the project ends. His philosophy; “Clients are for life”.

Jon’s experience has come from over a decade in IT sales and support. He has worked with clients ranging from the United States Army to the small local business. Because he has experience with such a vast range of clients he has learned that each client’s needs are unique. While needs are unique, Jon understands that regardless of the size of the organization…..each client is his number one client.

While Jon’s job includes managing projects amongst other things his passion is sales. A word to the warning…If you are ever in a sales meeting with him and he leans back in his chair, squints his eyes and rubs his hands over his head……you are about to be sold.
